We welcome you to LiT Property Leasing. Husband and Wife duo, based in Aberdeen with a portfolio of rental properties. We set out in 2022 with a mission to create great city centre location rental properties that welcome guests in with open arms. Having done plenty of travel from city to city with work commitments, we felt it was time to pick up on the negative items that private rental accommodation often lacks and create our own, comfortable and modern spaces for guests to enjoy.

We always had in our mind, that whether visiting Aberdeen for business or pleasure, there should be spaces that offer cost effective solutions, freedom of space and all the amenities and above that a hotel has to offer. Quite often with busy schedules, hotel stays don't work for everyone, where as with your own apartment for your stay, you have total freedom to work, visit, cook, unwind, sleep and do everything you would within the comforts of your own home.
